Paskenta Mad River Brewing Company is a proud, long-time supporter of local non-profit groups. To request a donation, please review the donation requirements listed below, and return the donation request form, at minimum, 15 days prior to your event. 

While we would like to donate to every event, with rising costs and frequent requests, we are not always able to do this. Desirable organizations demonstrate sincere patronage and support of our establishment. Submission of request does not guarantee approval.

PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to donate beer or merchandise containing PMRB logos to any event where product is not consumed on-site – i.e. auctions or raffles.

DONATION REQUIREMENTS:

-A copy of your organizations IRS Determination letter

-A copy of your ABC permit

-A copy of your event flyer

-Inclusion of PMRB on promotional materials

GOOD FAITH COMMITTMENT:

1. Donation recipients agree to take and share pictures of our product at the event, tagging us whenever possible.
2. Donation recipients commit to hosting one event at our tap room. This demonstrates mutual support and keeps us going so we are able to give back to the community. This might look like a fundraiser, a pint night, a staff bonding night, etc.
